• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Create links that impersonate others or spread misinformation.
• Circumvent plan limits through automated or other means.

4. Content & Links

You are solely responsible for the content of the links you shorten. We reserve the right to disable any link that violates these Terms or is reported as harmful.

5. Intellectual Property

lnkit.in and all its features are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
